Social Media Copywriter And Manager
Freelance
It takes a special kind of confidence to pursue freelancing all alone before you have any professional advertising experience. Some might call it 'sheer gall', but it worked out in the end, so let's just call it confidence. All I knew was that I was hungry for the opportunity to learn, so I set out to find my own clients. I spent over two years serving clients and learning all about their needs. Pursuing freelancing at a young age and in the early stages of my career taught me so much about myself and what I wanted. The biggest lesson I learned is how to have confidence. I approached business owners on my own, and I became less and less afraid of failure or rejection. Over time, I became more skilled and even impressed myself. By the end of my freelancing career, I learned to approach social media as an opportunity to build a brand's story. I used strategy-enhanced copywriting to increase content interactions among my clients by an average of 11,248% within my first week. Not too shabby for a first-timer jumping in head first.
