* Manage the implementation of an enterprise Data Quality program to support Risk initiatives including CCAR, BCBS 239, FDIC reporting and other regulatory initiatives.* Work with Chief Data Office, Global Data Governance teams, and Technology to understand risks associated with missing or inaccurate data and implement data quality controls to mitigate risk.* Identify Risk Critical Data Elements (CDE's), define data quality rules, and implement data quality measurement and monitoring.* Develop and implement data quality scorecards aligned with Risk Data Quality and Data Controls.

Support Wholesale segment as second line of defense providing subject matter expertise for managing risk associated with data management activities including data quality, metadata management, data change management and data sourcing. Define and ensure adherence to data governance policy and standards, create and manage process improvement within defined data governance areas, and conduct information assurance and control activities in regards to policy efforts.As Second Line of Defense, perform various Data Governance certifications and attestations to ensure compliance to the enterprise Data Governance policy.

Successfully built and managed a large virtual team colleagues and consultants across four Data Management workstreams – Data Governance, Data Quality Remediation, Data Quality Monitoring & Analysis, and Data Quality Reporting (including all aspects of CCAR Data Quality management) supporting the Enterprise Data Initiative. Managed the SOW process in a timely manner with Big Four firms for various Data Quality initiatives. • Executed strong data quality processes to identify, assess and measure data quality trends reducing data quality backlog including Basel and CCAR data quality issues.• Implemented Data Quality and Profiling technology using SAS DataFlux including business requirement documents and work flows to promote earlier detection of data quality issues minimizing regulatory impact and reducing data quality remediation costs.• Developed and delivered well-organized and actionable Data Quality reports and presentations to Executive Risk Committee and Senior Management across the business lines. • Co-managed enterprise Data Governance council to implement the CFG enterprise data governance program across the firm; engage and educate executive management across all Citizens business lines on data governance principles and requirements.
