In this role, I help other other organizations to understand what goes into Digital Transformation and what options are available to achieve their strategic initiatives. My experience in Digital Transformation is heavily influenced by utilization of the Salesforce eco system. I have been very fortunate to be part of a team with two organizations to implement digital transformation from the ground up. I have worked with these financial institutions to develop processes and work flows, collect business requirements, manage these projects and train others on effectively using Salesforce and to increase sales results. My specialties include developing a team and processes around consumer and real estate lending though a digital sales team. I have seen the benefits of how these changes positively effect every part of the organization.

In this role, I was tasked with creating a Digital Sales team to work alongside the Marketing team to lead Digital Transformation. In this role, I created this department from the ground up while learning Salesforce and taking responsibility for reaching the goals set for the new digital branch and all leads. In the first 7 months with one person I was able to develop all aspects of the department and met the goal of $7 million dollars in loans. In the second year, I added 1 team member and we exceeded the goal and achieved $34 million dollars we exceeded the goal with $78 million dollars in loans and added 3 new people to the team in the last half of that year. While in this role, I was honored to be chosen as team member of the year which was chosen by the executive and nominated by my peers and other managers in the company.

I have held various roles at Amplify. This shows my flexibility as I am willing to change and embrace new roles and take on new tasks and grow and learn new skills. In my years at Amplify I was the Asst VP of Retail managing 7 branches, Sales and Service Coach , Trainer and led the team for Outbound calling focused on cold calling through various marketing campaigns to increase products per household. I also created and implemented the Digital Sales team, and processes and work flows. The digital sales team was responsible for treating the online leads as a digital branch. I was able to build it from ground zero to $80 million in lending volume in 2 years. I also achieved team member of the year twice in my career while at Amplify.

Direct Sales Training Company - I was a partner in creating this LLC company focused on training within the Direct Sales Industry. I created and presented trainings both conference calls and in person conferences and conventions.

Managed a team of up to 13 Direct Sales Managers and 400 consultants.
