Robin is a Partner in the Financial Services Practice at Odgers Berndtson. He works with executive committees and boards in the UK and internationally to appoint Chief Risk Officers, Chief Compliance Officers, MLROs and senior risk, compliance, financial crime and regulatory executives. In the UK this includes SMF 4, 16 and 17 roles as well as specialists in enterprise, credit, market, operational, model, IT and ESG risk and control leaders in the first line. Clients span the financial services spectrum: banking, asset and wealth management, insurance, PE, consumer finance, market infrastructure, fintech, professional services and regulation. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson in 2011, Robin was a strategy consultant at Monitor Group in New York, where he worked on a number of engagements for Fortune 500 companies, governments and not-for-profit organisations. He began his career at JPMorgan Chase in their corporate and investment bank.Robin is currently a Non-Executive Director at B&A Limited, a listed Indian business with interests in tea, packaging and heritage tourism. He has lived in a number of cities across the globe including London, Tokyo, Hong Kong, New York, Paris and Kolkata. Robin graduated from the University of Bristol.
