I am a Learning and Development professional with over 20 years of experience in teaching and corporate training. Currently I am an L&D Manager in the aerospace industry in charge of techincal, mandatory, and professional development for several hundred engineers situated all over the world.I design and develop the curriculum and training/budget plan through a series of needs assessment meetings with upper level management.
