• Managed all phases of the design process for a multitude of products, components, parts, assemblies and subassemblies, including drafting, dimensioning and documenting results• Built and maintains the company website at www.concastinc.com using a collection of software programs including DreamWeaver, Photoshop, and SolidWorks. • Generated many drawings of standard parts and constantly upgrades that library online.• Developed the new company logo, and many other Concast marketing materials.• Created most of the graphics used for the production of the company tradeshow booth.• Designed custom precast concrete parts and trench run layouts to be used by the electrical and wind energy utilities via extensive use of AutoCAD and SolidWorks.• Calculated the bills of material necessary for many different trench layout jobs. Worked as a project manager at Becker Arena Products in a temporary role. During that time, I did the following :• Worked with clients and used AutoCAD to design custom ice skating rinks.• Created and tracked all of the cutting lists/BOM’s for my projects.• Coordinated with the shop and vendors to get rinks built and parts ordered.• Built spread sheets to track and calculate time-studies of various operations in the shop.• Used SolidWorks to create concept images of skate racks for the marketing department.

• Managed engineering prints for both the manufacturing facility and the corporate facility.• Developed numerous designs involving mechanical and cosmetic facets of the hearth industry.• Documented the plant layout of the Lake City facility and maintained the layout through a myriad of changes over the years. Also helped to plan work cells in the plant. • Programmed many sheet metal parts for the plant via NC technology.
