• Provide support to the Executive Director and assist with business operations, human resources functions, financial projections, organizational efficiencies and other administrative tasks• Coordinate and administer health benefit plans including annual review of benefits, interpret new guidelines and rules, communicating benefit plan changes, enrolling new employees and terminating employees in benefits programs, and provide periodic benefit education using a variety of techniques and tools • Manage and design all aspects of the company’s digital presence include creating and updating the website, curate posts for the company’s social media channels and design digital and paper advertisements promoting the company • Administer the company’s policy and procedure portal by writing, editing and publishing all modules and communicate changes to the team
