About Robin Marion

I am a Senior Policy Analyst with over 20 years of experience in education and social policy. I began my career as a high school Government and U.S. History teacher before moving into the P-20 education policy sphere, where I worked the private, non-profit, and public sectors. I am passionate about helping others, so my work has been varied, with a focus on P-20 education and social policy, research, and analysis. I have successfully managed and mentored teams, empowering staff to contribute significantly to the many projects I have led. I am a collaborative leader and an experienced manager and I excel in building strong relationships with diverse teams who produce reports and other products for high-profile clients, including members of Congress and federal agency officials. These reports focus on topics such as K-12 teacher shortages and programs that help children affected by trauma; they describe issues associated with programs and policies and ways to improve them, which have had an impact on millions of Americans and their families. If you'd like to connect quickly, you can reach me at robinmarion313@gmail.com
