Releasing orders and making sure customers are in terms, review discrepancy reports, update payment plans weekly on past due accounts, review accounts that are on the 21 day greater list and if past due follow up, review notes to make sure payments have posted, have checks cut if a current customer doesn't take the credits on the account and also for accounts with credits that are no longer doing business with us.
