Creator, nurturer, mentor, sounding board, crazy idea supporter, strong believer in innovation & disruption to the "norm", change is necessary mentality, forget the box thinker. I probably should add stubborn, persistent, sensitive, empathetic and supportive. I believe we are not one type of personality nor do we only have 1 role in life. I love what I do every day. I get to help people, explore the world, learn knowledge by listening to others and best of all, I get to do it with my family. We are 4 & Co. I have had 32+ years of owning my own small business which has brought me the experience needed to take on the growth and expansion of 4 & Co. My mission (along with my family) is to bring a better work-life balance to every working person's life that we touch.
