Licensed as a real estate sales representative in 1981. Prior three years spent in managing commercial and industrial real estate for a development company in San Diego, California. Started my sales career in Del Mar, California, working with the Jelley Company, an upscale boutique office specializing in beach and ranch properties in the North Coastal San Diego County including Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, Fairbanks Ranch and La Jolla. Moved to inland San Diego County in 1984, purchased a home in Valley Center and moved to the Fallbrook office of Century 21 Real Estate. For the next six years, I worked in rural and ranch properties, groves and vacant land. Moving to Huntington Beach in 1991, I worked as an appraiser briefly, then associated with Fred Sands Paradise Realty in the Huntington Harbour area. In 2001, I moved to Coldwell Banker in Corona Del Mar, which enabled me to extend my proficiency in properties down the coastline of Orange County. In October of 2010, I joined an organization that has proven it's expertise in the highest end of real estate marketing and sales, McMonigle Group, Inc. As of June 2011, McMonigle Group merged with Teles Properties, Inc.
