Established a non-profit for the purpose of educating the public on the importance of the Meals on Wheels program and the population it serves. Took the company from inception to production. Recruited a supporting board of directors, designed website, marketing materials, presentations. Developed and ran fundraisers, established an information and referral system, brought together 10 meal sites for cooperative fundraising. Grant writing, public presentations and successfully procured funds on an ongoing basis to support the meals program.

Responsible for counseling applicants for an Oregon Mortgage Relieve Program. Reviewed tax returns, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, bank statements, deeds, divorce decrees, mortgage and bank documents. Made recommendations of approval or disapproval to the state, relayed out come to applicants. Audited co-workers' files prior to submission to the state for final approval.

Performed the customary duties of a real estate agent/broker. Worked with first time Buyers, Seniors, Investors, Earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation. Consistently held the position of a top producer.
