I had the privilege to lead a multicultural, multi geographic and multi disciplined team in Beijing China. I owned a +450M USD investment for an upstream development and exploration portfolio, including Shell operated ventures and non-operated ventures with three national oil companies (200+ employees). Supervised 8 General Managers.I am passionate about developing talent, contributing to the Asian and China Talent Councils, acting as Committee Chair for Professional Development on the China Country Leadership Council.I gained governance experience in a diverse culture as the Co-Chairman for Changbei Joint Management Committee, Decision Executive for Changbei Development Project, Shengli Project and DaQing Appraisal Project, and Co-Chair of Hongzhou Joint Venture.As a senior member of the China Country Team I gained exposure to all dimensions of Shell's portfolio in China. Oversaw safe operations and project delivery within the flagship Joint Venture partnership with CNPC (+75 employees): risk management, local talent development, and compliance across the integrated business. Annual operating and capital budget of 100M USD.› Achieved Final Investment Decision on 100% Shell funded onshore development of +400M USD and external China National Development approval to commence the project in 2018.› Established continuous improvement organization embedded in both operated and non-operated ventures.› Maintained direct stakeholder engagement with Environmental Regulators and academic review panels.

Director of Shell Thailand Energy; managed safety, operations, and development of non-operated offshore venture with Thailand National Petroleum Company (PTTEP) caring an operating and capital budget ~80M USD/year (Shell Share 23%).Assigned as the Shell Business Opportunity Manager for Joint Study Bidding Agreement and Decommissioning Task Force.Committee member for Petroleum Institute of Thailand.› Member of deal team who completed successful divestment of asset.
