Providing Benefits Bridge services to Summit County residents transitioning off of public assistance.Guides Members through establishing and achieving goals, identifies strategies for success, and assists in resolving barriers.

• Works with jobseekers to assess strengths, barriers to employment, experience, skills, and education in order to individualize service needs• Supports jobseeker in resume development, interviewing techniques, and with job applications• Refers jobseekers to other American Job Center and local social services as needed• Assists jobseekers in career planning to identify viable career paths via job-search assistance, occupational training, and job-readiness skills• Performs community outreach and engagement at varying locations, including local high schools, career centers, and correctional facilities• Communicates with various local organizations regarding services, including universities, county/state JFS, and training providers• Developed and instructs computer/digital literacy workshop aimed at adult learners
