• Provide physical therapy services for patients with orthopedic dysfunctions, pre/post operative, sports injuries, and chronic pain with private insurance, Medicare, worker’s compensation, and cash payments. • Lead and assist the physical therapy portion of the Northern California Functional Restoration Program (NCFRP), which is a multidisciplinary chronic pain group program for those with worker’s compensation. • Created training documents including: the NCFRP physical therapy handbook to guide the 6 week chronic pain program, student physical therapist training handbook, incident reporting and Medicare billing.• Mentor physical therapy students and a foreign trained PT as a clinical instructor and center coordinator of clinical education. Coordinate student clinical affiliations with physical therapy schools.• Responsible for training physical therapists in the EMR and to work at the NCFRP.

Teach Human Physiology and Human Anatomy Lecture and Lab to undergraduate students preparing for the Mount Saint Mary’s College nursing program as well as those in the Associates Nursing Degree program.

Provide home health physical therapy services for adults and elderly with a variety of diagnoses. Order equipment and assistive devices as needed. Work independently and closely with nurse case managers.

Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services with age ranges from teenagers to elderly. Provide traditional orthopedic physical therapy treatments as well as instruct in Pilates exercises on the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ped-a-Pol, and half-Cadillac. Order equipment and assistive devices as needed and work closely and manage physical therapy aides.
