Responsible for closing documents in accordance with state requirements and client instructions. Review of Title Commitment for clearance. Secure lender approval of loan closing documents. Address inquiries from clients, borrowers, agents and internal staff professionally and in a timely manner. Maintain open communication with team members and team leader. Confirm closing dates, location, documentation, and funds due at closing with borrowers. Manages the company's lobby area. Greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, and customers. Ensures completion of paperwork, handles specialadministrative projects, as well all advertising for companya and answer incoming calls.

My duties included buying and selling properties for clients. General real estate knowledge and knowledge about local markets in which I work, provide clients with the best deals on properties and keep good open communication daily basis.

As a daycare provider not only did I look after children and make sure they were safe and the correct nutrition, but I was also was responsible for keeping them stimulated. Typical day-to-day activities included developing the child's language through storytelling, or improving their social skills by giving them teamwork projects such as building sandcastles.
