Headed up all marketing activities for a range of brands run by Arthurs Trading Co. including ATC Shred, Miss Daisy's Camping Store and McArthurs Supermarket.

This role has vastly extended my marketing skills through many new experiences and building on my current knowledge. These include but are not limited to the rebranding of the company, collateral design and production, playing a key role in the rebuilding of the Mitie.com website. My duties also include managing and developing all social media channels, email campaigns, website / CMS, database / CRM, internal / external communications, brand compliance, brand development much more.I have gained an extensive knowledge of Adobe design software, marketing automation strategy, conference and exhibition planning, content creation and curation, print and web publishing, liaising with design and marketing agencies to produce the best results.

As a Customer Service Executive I am mainly focused around technical support of the company’s key service – IQTimecard, a software piece and web application. This required me to have an in depth knowledge of the service to be able to effectively handle all customer queries and issues.

B2B marketing including but not limited to – Lead nurturing of key target partners through a wide range of marketing techniques and workflows. Content curation and creation for use in marketing campaigns and day to day interaction with customers and potential customers. Content types include newsletters, eBooks, updates, eShots, opinion articles (blogs) and much more. Extensive knowledge of marketing programmes including Salesforce, Hubspot and Social Bro for accurate reporting and monitoring on leads, customer potential and social media publishings.Research and development of key target partners, clients and competition evaluation. Content curation for use in content creation for newsletters, updates and literature for partners alongside public facing opinion articles and extensive social media marketing. Lead nurturing through marketing workflows and strategic email campaigns utilising programmes such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Social Bro and more allowing for accurate reporting in weekly lead updates for the sales team.

Photoshop and editing images tailored to customer requirements, designing and producing high quality brochures for global distribution, cataloguing products, creating designs for livery on all commercial vehicles. Working closely with global corporate account managers to produce high value ITT responses for prestigious multi-nationals.
