Provided administrative oversight to a Youth Policy program, providing a broad range of services to at-risk and adjudicated youth. created and oversaw $2.4 million operating budget; supervised 3 direct and 15 indirect reports, including Managers, Supervisors, Case Managers, Job Developers, and Support Staff. Prepared audits, evaluations and reviews with Temple University, University of Pennsylvania, and Research & Evaluation Associates of Chapel Hill, NC. directed a major reorganization of the Youth Connect Program, developing internal capabilities, improving tracking mechanisms, increasing service levels for clients, and enhancing accountability to funding sources. Conducted staff training on case management, leadership, and data tracking. developed a series of interactive workshops for teens and their children. Total budgetRy responsibility of Youth Policy and Youth Connect was $6.7 million. Directed all administrative and programmatic operations of the Welfare to Work Teen Parent and Non-Custodial Parent programs with a co,boned operating budget of $5.7 million, funded by the Department of Labor. Coordinated activity for a team of partners, including the City of Philadelphia, Family Court, Community College of Philadelphia, Temple University, University of Pennsylvania, Department of Public Welfare, School District of Philadelphia and community-based organizations.
