At Morrisons, I worked as a picker fulfilling online orders. This role involved very effective time management and teamwork due to the turnaround time of orders, in addition to the pressure of increased demand during periods of tighter national and local COVID19 restrictions.

During my time at Waitrose, I fulfilled a blended retail and hospitality role. My role enabled me to develop my ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, forming interpersonal relationships with my colleagues. Throughout my time at Waitrose, I gained experience in customer service and satisfaction and developed a passion for helping others.
