This capability has been built as a true ‘app exchange’, offering a Sales Prophet ecosystem with complete configurability in any Salesforce instance.Enhance Sales Practices• Built ESP-Convo-Mart to cater to the need of Enhanced Sales practice use case where the goal is tracking all the outgoing and incoming calls made my salesperson for compliance validation using Natural Language processing.• Orchestrate implementation of end-to-end NLP pipeline for tracking compliance infractions on sales practices. This is accomplished by leveraging call transcripts and Salesforce data for B2B Tele-Sales teams. I-Coach• Designed and Developed I-Coach Metric Engine to calculate Salesperson Behavior Metrics to quantify their behavior. This is used to Track, Understand and Coach Salespersons and in turn democratize proficiency. Till now 350+ metrics are configured to track different Salesperson behavior.
