1992 to 2023 I owned and operated Rock N Robin. DJing/Audio/Visual at Weddings, Corporate, and Private events for 1000's of people including but not limited to two Presidents, a Vice President, and numerous Celebrities. Obvious or not I did not plan on taking something that I loved doing on a personal level and making it a career. I originally had planned on having a prosperous career in the Restaurant / Hospitality Industry. As I approached my senior year in college my mentor and the person I look up to the most (Edd Hendee) persuaded me to pursue this passion and the rest is history in the making. After 30 years of DJing I have decided to retire for DJing all together.2003 I started working side by side with my wife in creating a very successful volume photography business and helping others do the same. I hold the distinguish title of CPP, Certified Professional Photographer and earned a Craftsman of Photography in 2016. I have served on many boards including being the 2022 TPPA President, Councilor for PPA, Chairman of the Speaker Selection Committee for Schools, Sports, and Special Events for IUSA. Jennifer and I both were featured as 4x platform speakers at IUSA and SPAC which are national photography conventions. 2021 we merged Sock Monkey Photography with Freeman Photography which has been serving the top private schools in the Houston area for over 40 years. Along with long standing working partnerships with some of Houston's top corporations.2022 we were caught completely off guard, being randomly selected and featured in Time magazine for the hard work we have put into our photography business.
