At Volvo Autonomous Solutions, we redefine the transportation industry and pave the road for an autonomous future, which requires efficient and effective processes. My role is to lead and coach the organization in the development and improvement of processes throughout our entire value chain.At a strategic level, I help define the business process strategy and create the process roadmap. I am involved in the entire process lifecycle, where I lead working groups in analyzing, defining, developing, documenting, and continuously improving business processes. An important part of my role is to prioritize between competing needs and seek interface agreements with related business processes.I also maintain and develop the overall process architecture and the management system, in alignment with our business needs and strategic direction.

Investigated quality issues related to electronics and software, reported by our customers in the marine and industrial segments. Worked cross-functionally together with stakeholders within product development and aftermarket to define the deficiency, repetitiveness and global spreading. Monitored warranty statistics and spare part sales to secure a proactive approach to product quality.When quality problems could be confirmed, I recommended countermeasures and participated in the issue solving process. My role was also to communicate with the market units around the world on ongoing product quality projects and initiated aftermarket actions.

Quality support to five powertrain production plants in Sweden, France, USA and Brazil. My main task was to lead a global initiative focusing on digitalizing quality data collection processes in production. This included activities such as process mapping, gembas at multiple Volvo sites and exploration of different digital solutions. I also managed Powertrain Production’s global product audit network.In parallell, I participated in the Volvo Group Operations Graduate Program. This was a global program consisting of on-the-job rotations, learning modules and a project assignment. I did my job rotations at quality departments in Sweden, USA, Japan and Belgium. The learning modules in Sweden, Belgium and the USA contained personal development sessions as well as training to increase my understanding of our operations. The program also contained a project assignment, where my focus was to automate manual quality processes by using smart technologies and a digital tool.

The overall focus of my role was to advise and assist on any quality related topics, as an expert in the ISO 9001 standard. This included for example to monitor and report on the progress of our non conformity handling and to support responsible persons in the solving process.Another aspect of my role was to develop, maintain and implement our quality management system and related activities. I coordinated the overall audit schedule and activities related to internal and external audits. This included to perform, report and follow up on internal management system audits. I also participated in external management system audits as well as in supplier audits.

Worked in the arcade hall and at the games in the amusement park. My focus was always to make our guests smile, have fun and enjoy their visit, but also to provide support when our services did not deliver as planned. A great extra job during my university studies.

Study of organizational and managerial effects when implementing ISO 14001:2015 in small and medium-sized construction companies.

Taught and coached high school students. This role did not only require an ability to teach, but also to inspire youths to perform well in school.
