Part of a 4 member team assigned to adopt a Signal Integrity methodology for DSBU Engineering. My task was to build modules for High-Speed interfaces that could be saved and passed to layout designers with all constraints and routing in place for sensitive interfaces. Learned to use SpectraQuest to do simulations to build Ecsets with pin delays for timing, reflection and crosstalk. I assisted in developing work flow and tutorials to help EE's and CAD understand and use Constraint Manager. I wrote documentation and presentations for all engineering and layout groups. Required being comfortable with teaching people from all different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
