Seconded to the Royal Berkshire Polo Club to develop lead and develop its commercial ambitions. The success of this project hinged on the amalgamation and coordination of an enormous group of stakeholders and skillsets to provide the club and brand with a base and vision that could be continued into the future.I secured sponsorship and participation from major organisations including Aston Martin and Tesla using commercial and political contact to establish the club as one of the ‘top-four' members’ organisations of its type. Across this time period I merged the club’s existing tournaments into major events bringing in sponsors and celebrities leading the club to it’s first commercial profits in years and proliferating this new found success across a fashion brand sold in 230 retail stores in 40 countries. The Royal Berkshire was founded by music mogul Brian Morrison, producer of Pink Floyd, T-Rex, The Jam and many others.
