I am currently a Royal Navy Tactical Submariner with comprehensive experience in a variety ofcommunity and industry related roles. My breadth of experience gives me a unique perspective and skill set, which has facilitated my success in my latest role.As a firefighter and submariner, I have proven myself capable of working under extreme pressure, where others’ lives depend on my professionalism. These roles required me to remain calm in turbulent situations and efficiently solve complex problems under extreme pressure. As a result of these experiences I have also pursued my interest for medicine by voluntarily undertaking further first aid training.Despite the focus these roles place on my analytical and performance abilities, I am nonetheless an enthusiastic team worker who thrives best as part of a team. My interests outside of my career as also incredibly varied; in my spare time I play the guitar, keep fit and love getting out into nature. I have a deep passion for nature, archaeology and history and relish the opportunity to learn when I get the chance.

Gathering essential information that will need analysing and tracking in order to keep my crewmates safe, I was part of the team responsible for keeping the submarine safe and operational. Operating throughout the world working in demanding environments as part of an elite team.More recently I moved position to work as an Assistant Instructor for Submarine Escape Training Courses. Within this role I am responsible for ensuring the health & safety within the workplace and safety of the students. As well as maintaining the facility, I provide instruction in both a classroom environment and in practical sessions. -
