I have worked at NSK for 33 years. I worked in production as a team tech for 20 years. I understand manufacturing...working with machines, working as a team, using gages to ensure good quality. I also worked as a lead tech. In this role I had to help ensure my team was making good product through safe and quality means.I learned all my areas so I could help as needed as well as small maintenance adjustments and trouble shooting. I recently stepped into the HR assistant role. I have been in this role about 1 1/2 years. I run payroll, am available for any employee to help with insurance questions as well as policy, 401K vacation planning etc...I am very outgoing and always willing to help.People are comfortable talking to me. I have compassion and truly care about my workforce.
