Dedicated 2+ years to raising awareness for the early detection of lung cancer by providing exceptional patient and physician services, and successfully marketing and growing the sample volume for the EarlyCDT-Lung blood test, which primed Oncimmune USA, LLC for acquisition. After Health Diagnostic Laboratory, Inc. acquired the assets of Oncimmune and the exclusive license to market the physician ordered blood test in the US, various positions at the De Soto, KS facility were eliminated and responsibilities were absorbed into the corporate office located in Richmond, VA.

Preservation of client satisfaction, retention and growth, compliance with contracts and service level agreements is a must. Creative outside of the box thinking with innovative ideas, continuous improvement, cost savings and efficiencies. Perform annual budget assignments, monthly forecasting, revenue reporting, collections and issuance of purchase orders. Comprehensive understanding of extensive service line offerings and ability to upsell effective solutions. Issue pricing proposals for new client opportunities and additional projects, followed by onboarding and training. Cohesively interact with both internal and external partners across all levels. Create and deliver client presentations, quarterly business reviews, as well as cooperation with performance and financial audits. Perform annual employee performance appraisals, coaching, mentoring and corrective action.

After successfully managing and growing multiple direct mail and fulfillment campaigns for the world’s largest pharmaceutical company as an Account Executive, received promotion to Account Team Lead to manage and mentor four additional team members in support of 28 brands. Responsibilities included maintaining direct client contact, program management from setup to implementation, continued innovative ideas for program efficiency, problem solving and production tracking. Monitored programming priorities and timelines for on-time performance. Data entry management including setups, staff training for adverse event processing and compliance. Creation and maintenance of account procedures and SOP’s. Determined revenue forecasts, pricing options and budget tracking, as well as performed rebate account and postage reconciliations, monthly invoicing, reporting, issuance of project status reports for ongoing client communications, conference calls and team meetings. Based on hard work and dedication, received 3 Excellence Awards between 2004 and 2005.

I joined HH as an Associate Account Coordinator and was promoted in the first 90 days to an Account Coordinator. Over the next few years, I grew to become an Associate Account Executive and then on to an Account Executive in Jan. '99. Responsibilities included day to day management for a variety of clients across the pharmaceutical, retail and agricultural industries.

What every young girl from Kansas could hope for - a job in Hawaii working with precious gems and jewelry. For the first two years, I performed audit checks and balances for retail sales across multiple jewelry stores. This entailed store audits, cash reconciliation and monthly financial reporting. After a year break back in KS, I returned to HI for another 3 years as an IC Specialist. This position involved island hopping to perform physical inventories across numerous retail locations as well as over seeing support auditors and reconciliation of raw materials and finished goods from the main factory. Love and marriage brought me back home to Kansas.
