Putting the individuals we serve first: Protecting them and meeting their needs providing all aspects of care needed for daily living to the 6 intense behavior adults living in the home, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, eating, etc., facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP)Health care: Scheduling and running all required medical appointments including obtaining necessary documents. Passing medications daily as prescribed, monthly medication reconciliation and ensuring all scripts are in compliance.Documentation: Ensuring all daily shift documentation is completed (program notes, body checks, etc.)Staffing: Keeping the house staffed in proper ratio; Training new staff; Filling in shifts as needed. Ensuring staff continue to obtain any necessary trainings.Management: Ensuring all staff are doing documentation and following all agency protocols and procedures; Doing monthly, quarterly and annual assessments on the 6 individuals in the home as well as attending and giving feedback in their annual support plan meetings; Meeting monthly with APD liaison in the group home and be able to show that we are in compliance with all state standards; Attending monthly meetings with administration and quarterly in service trainings; Holding monthly staff meetings
