Duties/responsibilities-1. Recruitment, selection & placement.2. Manpower planning for the right time as per required.3. Prepare overtime schedule.4. Maintain leave record with company policy.5. Daily floor visit to check housekeeping.6. To maintain worker's resign list.7. Monitor factory field level workers & time keepers.8. Prepare Office order, Notice, Show cause, NOC & etc.9. Develop all the employees "Personal File" of the organization.10. Strongly handle any unwanted situation, competently, promptly, tactfully.
