Manages customer orders, provides pricing/quote and delivery information, enters orders in UVX system, confirms orders and delivery dates, actively manages assigned accounts and orders to ensure successful deliveries by checking stock availability, product lead times and delivery timelines, continuous communication with account managers, warehouse, buyers and customers, add and modify message text in Salesforce, credit and re-bill for customer invoices, create cases and RGA’s, training new employees

• Maintain customer accounts• Ability to communicate and problem solve with customers• Order entry using computer-based software• Serves as internal lead for all customer quality issues by initiating customer quality issues process, follows investigative process to ensure timely resolution of complaints• Provides Sales teams direct support by obtaining lead information• Facilitates and maintains communication links between customer, plant manufacturing, quality sales & other applicable departments• Responsible for customer validation of corrective action• Works with sales team in reference to prospect information set up, obtaining customer credit verifications and creating customer quotes

• Provide friendly and attentive service to guest• Guiding guest through menu while demonstrating thorough knowledge of food, beverage and ingredients • Accurate orders taken and working well with members to ensure guests’ expectations are met and exceeded

• Maintain and revise Sales Orders• Ensure completeness and accuracy of engineering part numbers and produce structure• Maintain product structure parts• Issues manufacturing releases and purchase requisitions• Logs orders in and out of the quote and order tracking system• Works with internal departments to completely and accurately process all types of • Sales Order items• Recommends and applies material substitutions as needed

• Responsible for daily operations of the engineering department• Provide detailed drawings of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and air-piping systems as well as reverse engineer select products for vendor.• Supply Field Sales personnel and manufacturers with various engineering and customer information• Update information manuals for product service• Shipping and Receiving products and producing necessary paperwork

• Create and revise store layouts for new and existing customers• Review personnel orders for accuracy• Travel to various accounts in need of displays set-up and generate orders• Assist other departments with special programs
