• Initiating the executive search process with Board of Directors and building a transitional Advisory Committee of community stakeholders
• Managing a team of six; coaching staff through the redevelopment of programs and work plans
• Directing all fundraising efforts through individual donor cultivation, private foundations, government contracts, special events, direct mail and digital campaigns
• Overseeing the organization's bookkeeping and finance consultants and managing an operating budget of $1M
• Leading monthly meetings and producing financial reports to keep Board of Directors informed and engaged throughout transition

• Building Sales Department: developed, hired and supervised four full-time positions; oversaw staff of 12 employees – including four direct reports
• Owning relationships with over 50 wholesale customers while overseeing retail business; key person responsible for generating over $1.4 million in annual sales
• Multiple cross-departmental projects including rebranding, product development, website redesign, and software implementation
