Responsible for sales and marketing of a Orencia, a biologic (both IV and SC formulations) for the treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis. Accounts included academic institutions as well as community based rheumatology practices.Successfully increased sales of an established product which had never reached sales goal since launch in 2006 and have consistently exceeded expectations in 2012 through 2014.Worked effectively as part of a team which included my Partner, Area Reimbursement Manager, Medical Science Liaison, third party insurance benefits investigations team.Additional duties included mentoring newer representatives and having served as District Sales Trainer.

Successfully launched Orencia, first T cell costimulation modulator for use in Rheumatoid Arthrits patients in central NJ. Conducted in-services for rheumatology practice infusion suites, established alternate sites of cae for infusion including oncology practices and hospital infusion suites. Established first home infusion of drug in the nation. Launched drug without a J code and effectively educated office staff on benefit investigations and billing for a new product.Won multiple Pinnacle Awards as well as Pioneer of Distinction Awards in recognition of accomplishments.

Successfully launched Tysabri, first infused biologic for MS to both academic as well as community neurologists. First buy and bill product in this specialty and so helped establish infusion capabilities within accounts and successfully established alternates sites of care for infusion while also promoting Avonex, a subcutaneous injection for MS.

Successfully launched and won formulary approvals at all assigned teaching hospitals for Cubicin, an infused antibiotic utilized by Infectious Disease Specialists for the treatment of significant gram positive infections.Consistently in the top ten percent of nation for formulary acceptance and sales.

Promoted Celebrex, Zyvox and Fragmin in hospitals in both Brooklyn and Staten Island, NY.Won two Pinnacle awards in recognition of sales of these products.
