Oversaw the Mister Roger's "Won't You Be My Neighbor" Day.Planned special events for that day.Set up Volunteer Fairs with United Way agencies and companies.

Responsible for the planning, coordination and direction. Assessed service capabilities and hospital needs. Developed, implemented and integrated new services according to identified needs. Provided key support and liaison for staff, volunteers and the community.  Led and created special projects with various departments in the hospital. This involved developing a strategic plan, recruiting the appropriate staff members, using communications skills and implementing projects. Oversaw the management of the Hospital Gift Shop. Selected and implemented new systems and programs. The shop generates approximately $700,000 in annual revenues.  Created and implemented organization system for specialized event. Developed and presented orientation to over 250 volunteers for annual fundraising event. Managed and coordinated event staff.   
