Architectural Design & Construction, Facility Management & Move Management

Project Management/Relocation Management/Master Scheduling/Space Planning/Construction Management for US branch of global corporate real estate and facility management company. Served as lead on-site coordinator for regional headquarters of health care products company in Atlanta overseeing employee moves, vendors, and furniture procurement/installation, as well as performing space planning, product selection and construction supervision for lab and office renovations. Worked with computer-aided facility management (CAFM) software and assisted in maintenance of Moves/Adds/Changes (MAC) database. Provided on-site project support and guidance to the Facility Manager for space consolidation of US government agency. Used Microsoft Project software to create and maintain a comprehensive Master Schedule to monitor project tasks for architects, construction contractors, moving vendors, furniture installers, IT staff and others. Planned interior renovations and relocation of staff and equipment by producing phasing, origin and destination drawings using AutoCAD 2008, and facilitating move coordination meetings.

Leading role on elementary school project from Programming Phase through Construction Phase. Responsible for all project management, design and construction contract administration activities, including all consultant coordination, contractor and client contact. Duties include schematic, design and construction document preparation utilizing AutoCAD 2004, ensuring adherence to GA State Board of Education Guidelines, code research, and all PA/CA functions during construction including shop drawing review, answering RFI's, issuing field sketches, site observation reports, and project closeout.
