Creative cultural projects have the capacity to break down ingrained social conventions and contribute to social cohesion.Creating his own brand and approach to community development and problem solving, "Culture Creative Catalyst", Robin has gained over 15 years of diverse experience and has become a veritable "swiss army knife".Described as a highly creative, self-motivated social entrepreneur, receiving a grant from the Self-Starters Grant Programme in 2011, Robin launched STARline Innovative Logistics, an international freight forwarding and logistics company. In his role as Managing Director at STARline he serviced blue-chip clientele such as BTC, Commonwealth Brewery, US Embassy, and various Bahamian government agencies and companies. While still managing STARline, 2017 Robin shifted his focus by joining Organization for Responsible Governance (ORG Bahamas), as Programme and Engagement Coordinator working alongside government officials and civil society leaders. Robin played an intricate role in the organization receiving a 1 million dollar grant from the Templeton Religious Trust to facilitate 3 years of approved projects. In 2019 he took on the role of National Youth and Volunteer Manager at The Bahamas Red Cross Society. Tasked with not just managing the existing database of volunteers, but restructuring the program and increasing the volunteer recruitment numbers across The Bahamas by community outreach initiatives, campaigns and programs. In partnership with Christopher Davis, 2021 saw the formation of the Sankofa Flamingo Afro-Caribbean historical research NGO that has opened the door for African Caribbean trade. Currently, as Business Development Director at CLX Logistics, he continues to make waves in cultural projects and community development through trade and logistics.Bahamian born, Robin studied Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Economics at Missouri Valley College.
