• Deliver excellent service and maximize guests' experience by understanding and meeting their expectations.
• Assigned at designated counters in the casino to attend to the needs and requests of guests, e.g. application of Genting Rewards membership, rewards redemption, booking/ amendments of attractions, hotels, restaurants.
• Work closely with bookings & reservations, housekeeping, security and food & beverage regarding guest requirements to ensure that all guests’ needs and expectations are met throughout their stay.
• Assist the Hospitality and Relation Manager with the smooth operation of the accommodation and guest service functions.
• Ensure that all guest enquiries and complaints, whether in person, on the telephone or via email, are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Where appropriate ensure.

• Report any irregularities & ensure safe delivery of the chips & drop boxes between designated office/ chip bank and gaming tables.
• Monitor the pedestal lights system to determine the eligibility of patrons entering our Casino.
• Perform checks on guests at the entry and exit points according to Casino Regulatory Authority requirements.
• Receive and arrange requested tasks from respective business units (FM & E, Casino Table games, Card Control) as Control Room personnel.
• Response and negotiate to incident/ dispute occurred by guests as Immediate Response Team.
