Liaise with the customer on project requirements, planning, budget and timelines.- Design end-to-end DI solutions to ingest various telecom based data into the ActixOne platform for visualization, monitoring and analysis.- Conduct BIAs (Business Impact Analysis) for the customer and propose the most ideal solution for DI related projects/changes. Identify and resolve all technical difficulties/issues as needed.- Participate in the software development of reusable adapters (parsers), tools and ETL solutions used for DI projects. Familiarity with a variety of data formats from telecom vendors such as Ericsson, ALU, Huawei and NSN.- Supervise and provide technical leadership on all DI related issues for all customer accounts held.- Proven track record. Successfully completed more than 10 DI projects for various telecom customers around the world such as Optus, VHA, Telstra, Globe, Etisalat U.A.E., Telefonica Mexico, TIM Brazil, Telecom Personal Argentina, MTS Russia, Verizon, AT&T and KDDI.

- Participated in the software development of the interfaces component of the Openet FusionWorksMediation and Convergent Charging telecom solutions.- Designed and developed more than 20 interfaces ranging from standalone parsers and encoders to network-based clients, servers, relays and proxies. Dealt with various raw data formats and network protocols such as ASN.1, Diameter, Radius and SOAP.- Developed the OrderHandler component for the AT&T Wireless2Go project. A SOAP based server that is used for accepting and processing orders received from AT&T web services.- Lead and developed the Diameter Proxy and Relay for the Vodafone Group, Germany in FusionWorks 6.2 release. Designed and implemented the realm-based routing mechanism and all proxy/relay functionalities per Diameter Base Protocol (RFC3588) specifications.- Lead and developed the Diameter Core features required for Openet Dynamic Context Router (DCR) 2.0. Designed and implemented several features including the multiple dictionaries support, peer level statistics and runtime remote peer management.- Served as one of the pioneers for the Openet KL Office’s first Product Engineering team

Participated in the software development of the gateway component of the Metrica PerformanceManager and IBM Tivoli Netcool Performance Management for Wireless (formerly known as Network Assure) performance management solutions.

Participated in the software development of the UI (User Interface), UII (UI Infrastructure) and SLM(Software Load Management) functional areas of the CDMA OMC-R (Operations and Maintenance Center – Radio) software.
