The company "Earth Fill NSW" manages the removal of unwanted excavation waste and contaminated soil from construction sites acrossNSW. In doing so we try and co-ordinate that excavation waste/soils into other projects requiring import fill, thus in some cases saving the generator of the waste, logistical and disposal cost by providing an alternative disposal option when able to do so.On the other side of this process, there are the clients who require fill material for their own projects and sites. In partnership with these clients my company, will go out into the excavation market to find suitable fill material for their needs. In this process we work with the client to ensure all their soil/fill needs are meet to all their specific requirement at no cost. In some cases we even provide a revenue stream to the client in order to help offset some of the on-site costs.The generator of these reusable waste products are charged a disposal fee to tip on site. All work is quoted in advance and often as the project commences cost saving methods are introduced where ever possible.My roles as managing director vary, internally I will make sure that the company is operating to it's full potential, externally I believe it is to ensure all relationships with clients is positive and that we continue to provide a first class service that is valued and useful.
