~ Interprets signal activity and follows proper protocol for the type of alarm. ~ Verifies pass codes, dispatching local police and fire departments, calling contacts ~ Provided information and feedback to technicians installing or servicing clients~ Answered incoming calls, placing accounts on test for maintenance testing, troubleshooting, or establishment of new service, reporting of signals received while on test, and answering basic questions about account data, signals received. ~ Routing calls to other departments or individuals as needed. ~ Data entry, built new accounts, provided reports for clients, updated personal contacts. ~ Ability to communicate effectively and accurately, both verbally and in writing. ~ Assisted in training new operators.
