Student job involving a variety of lab work at the Lab of Myeloid Cell Biology in Tissue Homeostasis and Regeneration lead by prof. Martin Guilliams.

This internship was performed under the guidance of Dr. Marlies Brouckaert at the VIB research group for data mining and modeling of biomedicine lead by prof. Yvan Saeys. The project consisted of computational validation work regarding a transcriptomics data based metabolite prediction model.

Summer internship at prof. Guilliams lab, VIB/Ghent University. Subject of the project: Characterization of hepatic stellate cells in liver regeneration.
