Oversaw transferring all records to a new property management/accounting software while maintaining continuity. Produce and maintain accurate records following Department of Real Estate regulations. Develop and maintain vendor and property owner relationships. Prepare all annual property taxes and business tax filings.

Owned & operated a commercial photography studio/set. The set is primarily used for music videos and fashion photography. The set can often be seen in magazines such as Vogue, Shape, and Harper's Bazaar.

Owned and operated a cage-free dog daycare, pet grooming, and dog boarding facility which grew to three locations in Southern California. We offered several ancillary services, including compassionate dog training and anesthesia-free teeth cleaning. I hand-picked and maintained a knowledgeable, loving, and observant staff.
