Led an effort for Office & SharePoint to react when Covid-19 caused a shift to remote work and sent unprecedented traffic to Microsoft services that threatened to take down SharePoint servers. Delivered a framework for decision-making that empowered engineers & maintained users’ trust. Result: 50% front-end compute reduction for Office web apps with no visible impact on end user reliability KPIs or CSAT.Defined product vision and strategy, communicated across the organization to build consensus for roadmaps, mentored junior PM team members, and delivered key features to improve the collaboration experience in PowerPoint as part of the Microsoft Office Collaboration leadership team.Delivered key features for PowerPoint for the Web in conjunction with design, research, and engineering which addressed customer needs and improved NPS such as Slide Show Grid View, Slide Sorter View, and text formatting.Defined the strategy, framework, and requirements for Office intelligent services to meet enterprise compliance and privacy requirements.Led a cross-disciplinary team across time zones to scope, design, and deliver a brand-new core UX for PowerPoint Mobile that customers love and improved user retention rates and other KPIs by a statistically significant amount.Led the PowerPoint team’s transition to become a more data-informed engineering organization in collaboration with data scientists by establishing tools and processes, 1:1 support, group training, and leading by example using A/B experimentation in the PowerPoint mobile app.

Led a multidisciplinary team to design and deliver Communities and the Communities Portal in SharePoint 2013.
