My duties were face to face customer service, processing application requests for drivers license, IDs and permits and other duties as needed.

Duties included responding to customer inquiries by telephone, reviewing, adjusting, updating, opening and closing customer accounts and data entry.

Duties as a Claims Examiner I and II included processing medical claims, such as HCFA 1500s and UB92s, filing, heavy data entry, and research requiring high rates of productivity and accuracy.

Health Care District of Palm Beach County; My duties as an Office Assistant included opening and sorting mail, filing and copying, faxing, date stamping all medical claims, interoffice mail delivery, inventory and other misc duties.
