• Designed and developed custom experimental setups, including an optical stress sensor, a vacuum-compatible microbalance, and a plasma system, with development of all related software and electronics, followed by thorough validation of each setup, resulting in 2nd place in the Michael Sutton International Student Paper Competition.• Set up of a dedicated lab with custom equipment tailored for nanoscale residual stress measurement.• Experienced in using advanced instruments for material characterization, including the Atomic Force Microscope, Scanning Electron Microscope, Digital Holographic Microscope, Broad-Ion Beam Miller, Confocal Microscope, and Interference Microscope.• Supervised 13 students on bachelor’s, internship, and master’s research projects and supported various undergraduate and graduate courses at the university.
