I am a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi and the University of Mississippi Medical Center. I have over 25 years of experience as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist with specialty certifications in Neurodevelopmental Treatment and Sensory Integration. I am Board Certified in Pediatrics from the American Occupational Therapy Association and formerly the pediatric member of AOTA's Board for Advanced and Specialty Certification. I have served two terms on the Advisory Council for the Mississippi State Department of Health and am currently serving as the Coastal Chair and board member for MSOTA. I have taught multiple continuing education courses and have served as a clinical supervisor for level I and level II Occupational Therapy and Occupational Therapy Assistant students. My clinical practice encompasses evaluation and treatment of pediatric clients in the outpatient setting, school systems, hospital-based outpatient clinic, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, home-based early intervention services, and Pediatric Evaluation and Diagnostic Services through the Institute for Disability Studies.
