Before I joined a Challenge Group I thought very little about my health and fitness. I really didn't care what I put in my body or what those foods were doing to my body. I had no energy and I hated to exercise.Since becoming involved with Beachbody I have changed the way I view food, I've learned to absolutely love the way that working out makes me feel and I've learned that: by taking time to take care of myself, I can be an even better mother to my four children because I have ENERGY now to keep up with them. Not to mention, when mommy is eating better, the whole family is eating better!My decision to become a coach was simply based on wanting to share my excitement for health and fitness with others, and show people that if I can do it, so can they!
