At Innovative, our brand promise is that you can Expect Response, Expect Reduction and Expect Relief.□ Participate in the design, implementation and administration of company benefit plans to include all health and welfare plans, and 401(k) plan□ Administer all leave programs i.e. FMLA, Disability, worker’s compensation, etc. □ Respond to employee questions and serve as the main resource for employees and managers regarding all benefit issues □ Reconcile benefit plan billing sand other vendor invoices for payment □ Maintain Human Resource Information System (HRIS) records and compile reports □ Manage annual open enrollment process □ Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll □ Conduct new employee orientation and handle various employee on-boarding responsibilities □ Perform staffing and recruiting functions to include: job description creation and postings, requisition/applicant tracking, applicant screening, interviewing and selection, offer letter preparation and background check administration □ Develop and maintain company policies and HR procedures □ Train employees and managers regarding harassment prevention □ Assist with annual performance management process □ Create and maintain the personnel files (manual and electronic) according to policy and legal standards □ Maintain organizational charts □ Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems □ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, trends, and legislation□ Handle employee performance management and employee relations issues as needed
