I have 20 years' experience in Property Management including marketing, closing the sale, and day-to-day management. I believe that the best way to fill vacancies and keep residents is by getting to know each individual and their needs. Strong listening skills and the ability to connect their needs with the facilities' amenities is how I have rented 98% of vacant units before the previous move-out. I have expertise in budgeting, vetting contractors and residents, creating presentations and marketing materials, and non-profit and government reporting. I also enjoy helping young adults and teens get where they want to go. This includes talking through financial decisions, school, and other issues as they arise. I enjoy curriculum development, small group, and one-on-one training. The unpaid side of my life gives me strong experience with the medical industry including senior care (especially knowledge of independent and assisted living options), Huntington’s Disease, stroke recovery and after-care, Guillain-Barré Syndrome, mental health courts, conservatorships, and homelessness due to mental health issues.
