I'm a 25+ year veteran in the fashion industry, particularly specializing in ladies ready to wear apparel. Throughout my professional career I have built a solid frame work from which I am able to effectively multitask, prioritize workloads and maintain high organizational standards in a timely fashion. As a fashion merchandiser, I primarily serve as the liaison between product sales and the customer's final end goal. In my opinion, product is the key to building growth within a company's current cliental all while building new relationships with prospective accounts. Private label product has been the bread and butter of my career in the ladies apparel industry. Threading together the retailer's specific needs such as color stories, themes, concepts and "big ideas" with their original aesthetic, allows me to reinvent each collection while staying true to their original vision. Only a seasoned veteran like myself can understand what it takes in today's world to fit in the private label sector. Traveling to markets and or the retailers home offices to work hands on with the client has created many long lasting relationships aiding to a happy client and a successful line of merchandise.
