I am dedicated to the philosophy that all of us are family together at the Table of Life and no one who needs them should be denied healthy meals prepared with the highest standards and love. I have created a unique program and devoted the last twenty years of my life to my true passion. My program was called FOOD FROM THE HEART and was fueled by volunteer friends who gave their time , fabulous farmers who provide organic produce , and a very talented team of incredible artists who joined me every week to feed the homebound ill in our community at no cost to them. My mission now has grown to bringing new soulutions for meals that will have the most positive healing and comfort to our friends and neighbors that can no longer eat the old diets and need changes to make meals work for them with all the newest science of food as medicine and oldest healing traditions incorporated & respected also.
